What does AutoBud Tech cost?
Nothing. Creating a profile is free, browsing the job board is free, and quoting is free. There is no monthly subscription and no charge per lead. The customer pays you directly, and you keep the full amount you quoted.
How is this different from lead generation sites?
Lead sites sell you contact details, usually to several shops at once, whether or not the job ever becomes work. On AutoBud you see the full job before you decide, you quote only what you want, and you are never charged for the introduction.
Do I compete against other mechanics on price?
The customer sees every quote on their job, so yes, they compare. You are not bidding blind against a running low number, though. You see the job, the vehicle, the photos, and the timing, then send one price with a note explaining what it covers.
How do I get on the platform?
Download AutoBud Tech, create your profile with your skills, service area, and availability, and you can start quoting local jobs. Your profile, your work history, and your customer reviews are what customers judge you on.
Do I have to take every job?
No. You pick what you quote. Set your own service radius, quote only the work that suits your shop, and ignore the rest. There are no quotas and no dispatcher assigning you work.
How do I get paid?
Directly by the customer, however you normally take payment. AutoBud does not sit between you and the money, and does not take a cut of the job.
